ChaosWing LLC moving forward known as Trader Headspace ("Trader Headspace," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Subscription transaction data

- Meditation history and preferences
c. Audio & Transcription Data
- Recorded voice notes and transcripts
- Sentiment/emotion tags
d. Device & Usage Information
- Device type, OS version
- Usage statistics, crash logs
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data to:
- Provide and personalize Services
- Track emotional insights and session history
- Recommend mindfulness activities

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Trusted service providers (e.g., Supabase, Clerk)
- Cloud storage vendors

- Secure Supabase storage
- Voice and journal data not shared
- Payments handled by Apple/Google only

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Not for users under 16. If data is collected from a minor without consent, we will delete it.

Updates will be posted in the App and on our website.
